Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This document is the Acceptable Use Policy referenced by clause 10.2 of the Terms of Service.

1. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This Acceptable Use Policy is the document referred to as WireApps’ “Acceptable Use Policy” in clause 10.2 of the Terms of Service. It applies to all Users and Guests of the Meridian platform (as those terms are defined in the Terms of Service), regardless of which Customer organisation granted their access. WireApps may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time, consistent with clause 10.2’s reference to the policy “as updated from time to time”; see §8 below for how changes take effect.

2. Prohibited Content

Content and Customer Data submitted to the Platform, including anything shared with or via a Guest Portal, must not:

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users and Guests must not:

This section does not repeat the intellectual-property and commercial-exploitation restrictions already set out in clause 10.3 of the Terms of Service (which cover, among other things, reverse engineering, building a competing product, and reselling access to the Platform). Those restrictions apply in full and are cross-referenced here rather than restated.

4. AI Features

Where a Customer’s Subscription includes access to the Platform’s AI Features (as defined in clause 7 of the Terms of Service), Users and Guests must not:

Consistent with clause 7.9(e) of the Terms of Service, WireApps may restrict or remove a User’s or Guest’s access to the AI Features where it makes use of them in an inappropriate manner or in breach of this Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service.

5. Guest Portal and End-Client Conduct

Per clause 12 of the Terms of Service, the Customer is responsible for its Guests’ and End-Clients’ compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy, in the same way it is responsible for its Users’ compliance. Guest access to the Platform, including via a Guest Portal, may only be used for its intended purpose: viewing the project status, deliverables, and other content that the Customer has chosen to share with that Guest. Any of the conduct prohibited in §§2–4 above applies equally to Guests using a Guest Portal.

6. Enforcement

Per clauses 10.2 and 20.2(e) of the Terms of Service, WireApps may remove any content it considers to be in breach of this Acceptable Use Policy, and may suspend or terminate a Customer’s, User’s, or Guest’s access to the Platform for a breach of this policy. WireApps has no obligation to actively monitor Content, Customer Data, or Output for compliance with this policy, but may act on a report received under §7 below, or on its own initiative if it becomes aware of a likely breach.

7. Reporting a Violation

To report a suspected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, contact info@meridian4pm.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

WireApps may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time by posting the revised version at this location, and the revised version takes effect as soon as it is posted. This is deliberately lighter-weight than the 30-day advance notice the Terms of Service gives for a variation to its own commercial terms under clause 23.2: that notice period exists because a Terms of Service variation can affect fees and other commercial terms, and this Acceptable Use Policy does not carry any fee or other commercial term of its own. Check back here periodically if you want to know what is currently in effect.
